Alongside my military service, I’ve built a broad HR career in the corporate world with J.P. Morgan, Bank of New York Mellon and WA Designs. I earned my CIPD qualification at Westminster Business School and, over the last 20 years, have grown a practical, commercially minded portfolio across recruitment, policy, employee relations and compliance. I’m passionate about partnering with clients and have supported organisations in multiple sectors—most recently guiding leaders through the new Employment Rights Bill and the changes ahead.
